Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Digital services only

Brand-O-fluence provides online influencer marketing services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no delivery address is required.

2. Access to the platform

Platform access is available immediately after your account is created. Payment confirmation is shown on screen and sent to your registered email address as soon as a payment succeeds.

3. Delivery of campaign work

Campaign deliverables (posts, reels, videos and stories) are delivered by the influencer through the platform within the timeline agreed for that campaign, typically 7 to 30 days from the influencer accepting the invite. The brand reviews each deliverable in their dashboard and either approves it or requests a revision.

4. Delays and non-delivery

If a deliverable is not delivered within the agreed timeline, the brand may cancel the collaboration and receive a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, as long as payment has not yet been released to the influencer.
